Arch Rental Form

HOW IT WORKS

  • Fill out our contact form indicating which arch you would like and the dates you are interested in.

  • We will get back to you 1-2 business days to confirm availability. 

  • Once the date and details of the rental are confirmed, we will send you an invoice and the Sweet Cicely Arch Rental Agreement, Waiver and Policies for you to read and sign.

  • To confirm rental, we require 50% deposit.

  • 2 WEEKS BEFORE: Full payment and damage deposit due, confirm pickup or delivery time and location.

  • 1 WEEK BEFORE: Deadline for full refund in the case of cancellation.

  • Use the arch for your event! (See our Arches page for comprehensive set-up instructions)

  • Arch is returned to us by pickup or delivery on rental end date.

  • Damage deposit will be returned to you in 2-3 business days if arch is in the same good condition you received it in.
