rental arch information

  • $400 per rental 

  • Includes 3 days (i.e. Friday to Sunday)

  • Comes with four 20lb sandbags and a piece of plywood for bracing at the back. These are required for stability as per the waiver signed upon rental.

  • Set up and take down are not included (We will provide full instructions for proper installation)

  • An additional damage deposit is required ($200) and will be returned to you once the arch is back to us in good condition.

  • Arches will be picked up/delivered folded and in a protective cover (a big arch envelope!) 

  • Folded arch dimensions are 3.6’ x 6’ and will fit into most standard SUVs with the back seats down.

  • Add-ons available:

    • Delivery and pick up $100 (each way) in Central Edmonton, additional distance fees apply for further locations. 

    • Custom centerpiece (that you can keep) variable $100-$300+

    • Additional days - $100/day 

Refunds and Cancellations 

  • Full refund 14 days before rental date.

  • 50% refund if less than 14 days before rental date.

Custom Arches

  • Minimum $2500

  • Includes:

    • A custom 5.5’ x 7’ wooden, hand-painted arch with a simple detachable centrepiece and a piece of plywood for bracing at the back.

    • Custom arches may have up to 3 painted elements/image themes.

  • Add-ons available:

    • Additional painted elements/image themes available with variable pricing.

    • Fancy/complex custom centrepiece or additional cut-outs available with variable pricing.

    • Delivery - $50

    • Four 20lb Sandbags - $100

    • Arch canvas cover - $150

HOW IT WORKS

  • Fill out this contact form indicating which arch you would like and the date you are interested in.

  • We will get back to you 1-2 business days to confirm availability. 

  • Decide on any add-ons, including delivery/pick-up.

  • Once everything is finalized we will send you an invoice and the Sweet Cicely Arch Rental Agreement, Waiver and Policies for you to read and sign. 

  • To secure a rental, return the signed agreement and pay 50% of the total cost.

  • 2 WEEKS BEFORE RENTAL START DATE -  pay remaining 50% of total cost and damage deposit.

  • 2 WEEKS BEFORE RENTAL START DATE - schedule pick up and drop off times (or delivery and pick-up times and locations if you purchased those add-ons).

  • Use the arch for your event! (Arch set up video coming soon!)

  • Damage deposit will be returned to you in 5 business days after return if arch is in the same good condition you received it in.
