Rental Info

  • $400 per arch rental

  • Includes 3 day rental (i.e. Friday to Sunday)

  • Includes sandbags rental

  • Set up and take down are not included (but it is easy for you to set up yourself!) 

  • Additional damage deposit required ($200) and will be returned to you once arch is back to us in good condition 

  • Arches will be picked up/delivered folded and in a protective cover (a big arch envelope!) 

  • Folded arch dimensions are 3.5 x 6 feet and will fit into most standard SUVs with the seats down

  • Add-ons available 

    • Delivery and pick up $100 (each way) in Central Edmonton, additional distance fees apply for further locations. 

    • Custom heart centrepiece (that you can keep) variable $100 - $300+

    • Additional days - $100 /day 

  • Refunds and Cancellations 

    • Full refund before 14 days of rental date

    • 50% refund if less than 14 days before rental date

How it works 

  • Fill out this contact form indicating which arch you would like and the date you are interested in.

  • We will get back to you 1-2 business days to confirm availability. 

  • Decide on any add-ons, including delivery/pick-up.

  • Once everything is finalized we will send you an invoice and the Sweet Cicely Arch Rental Agreement, Waiver and Policies for you to read and sign. 

  • To secure a rental, return the signed agreement and pay 50% of the total cost.

  • 2 WEEKS BEFORE RENTAL START DATE -  pay remaining 50% of total cost and damage deposit.

  • 2 WEEKS BEFORE RENTAL START DATE - schedule pick up and drop off times (or delivery and pick-up times and locations if you purchased those add-ons).

  • Use the arch for your event! (Arch set up video coming soon!)

  • Damage deposit will be returned to you in 5 business days if arch is in the same good condition you received it in.
